Advanced Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We have included our cancellation policy and advanced deposits on our website so you have a clear picture of our policy. Thank you for taking the time to read.

ADVANCE DEPOSITS REQUIRED PER RV OR TENT SITE:: *

1 night: $45.00, or $43.00 (RV sites) $40.00 (tent sites)

2-6 nights: $50.00

1 week to 29 nights $75.00

1-2 months: $150.00

3-6 months: $150.00

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

* Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & local events and functions require a minimum stay of three nights & non-refundable payment for your stay is required at time of reservation.  Also reservations made within the 10 day cancellation timeline require payment in full at the time of reservation.

1) DAILY OR WEEKLY RESERVATIONS: In the event you need to cancel for any reason we require a 10 day notice. With a 10 day notice your deposit will be returned to you less a $40.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation made within the 10 days prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

2) FOR RESERVATIONS OF A MONTH UP TO TWO MONTHS: In the event you need to cancel for any reason we require a 1 month notice. With a 1 month notice your deposit will be returned to you less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made within the month prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

3) FOR RESERVATIONS OF TWO MONTHS UP TO A FULL SIX MONTH SEASON: In the event you need to cancel for any reason we require a 1 month notice. With a 1 month notice your deposit will be returned to you less a 50% cancellation fee. If Cancellation is made within the month prior to arrival, your deposit is non-refundable.

CABINS. ADVANCE DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment in full, of base rate, at time of reservation. Non-refundable.

RESERVATION DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY MAY BE EXTENDED UPON ARRIVAL, BUT MAY NOT BE REDUCED.

No refunds for early departures on any site or cabin for nightly weekly, monthly or seasonal stay.
